All our ponds were specially dug for our pisciculture,

seared with quick lime and provided with a new

layer of lime. 

In October '91 the ponds were covered for the 

first time and populated with 3 grams of fish.

From the very beginning, our fish farming 

has been supervised by the national health authorities.

We obtain our populations (approx. 3 grams)

of brown trout (purebred shoal by a flagship

farm in Aufseß, originating from the Main)

and Alsatian charr (crossbreed of speckled trout and Arctic charr) 

from the nationwide flagship farm in Aufseß.
